Refund policy

At Feroux, we prioritize customer satisfaction with a flexible 30-day return window from the date of item receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@feroux.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on the return process. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables, custom or personal care products, hazardous materials, and sale items. However, we do offer exchanges—simply return the item and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please reach out to us at support@feroux.com for further assistance.
